NTP CG: Laboratory capacities of UCG open to startups, companies, and researchers

Startups, innovative companies, researchers, and students can now use the laboratory capacities of the University of Montenegro (UCG) through the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (NTP CG), marking the first time that modern university research infrastructure is systematically made available to the innovation community and industry. This involves five modern-equipped laboratories that will enable users to develop and test prototypes, conduct research, validate new products and technological solutions, and implement joint development projects. The realization of this concept is a result of cooperation between the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, the University of Montenegro, and the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation, aiming to bring research capacities closer to the innovation community and enable their practical application in the development of new technologies, products, and services. This is not just an investment in new infrastructure but a concrete example of synergy between the University of Montenegro, as one of the founders of the Science and Technology Park, and the innovation community that NTP brings together and develops,” said Radulović, emphasizing the importance of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation’s support. “These laboratories will be a place where science and entrepreneurship, academia and industry, research and market will connect—turning knowledge into concrete solutions, products, and new development opportunities for Montenegro,” said the NTP director. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation, which continuously contributes to strengthening cooperation between the academic community, industry, and the innovation ecosystem of Montenegro through the improvement of national scientific-research and innovation infrastructure.
