Candidate Verification Data According to Public Notice No. 02-100/25-3310/3 for the Needs of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Dialogue

The document 02-100/25-3310/3, published by the Human Resources Department on December 31, 2025, for the needs of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Dialogue for the position of Advisor III – in the Service for General and Legal Affairs, will be held on September 9, 2026. The content of the theoretical written test is determined by a random selection method of 20 questions from a list related to knowledge of the constitutional system, organization, functioning, and procedures of state administration bodies, with candidates answering by choosing one of multiple options. Candidates who score more than 70% on the theoretical part can proceed to the practical written test. The practical part includes two tasks related to the job description for which the notice is issued, selected randomly from 10 tasks provided by the state body filling the position. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical test or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in the knowledge check of typing, informatics, or foreign language (if these skills are required by the notice) can proceed to an oral interview. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the notice can participate in the verification process. It is necessary for candidates to present their ID card or other photo ID for identity verification before the written test.
