Report on Public Consultation Conducted on Draft Law on Digital Radio Diffusion

Based on Article 15 of the Regulation on the Selection of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives in the Working Bodies of the Public Administration Authority and the Implementation of Public Consultation in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (“Official Gazette”), the public consultation on the Draft Law on Digital Radio Diffusion lasted from January 1. According to Article 14, paragraph 2 of the Regulation on the Selection of NGO Representatives and Public Consultation, it was prescribed that comments, proposals, and suggestions be submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development in written form at: Podgorica, Rimski trg 46, or via email: hajriz.adrovic@mek.gov.me. Since no comments, proposals, or suggestions were received from the interested public during the consultation period, nor were there any interested legal or physical persons participating in the public consultation, there was no need to consider or amend the draft law based on the public consultation. The person responsible for coordinating the public engagement was Hajriz Adrović, an independent advisor in the Directorate for Electronic Communications and Radio Spectrum. The organizational unit of the ministry responsible for preparing the draft law is the Directorate for International Cooperation, European Integration, Implementation of EU Funds, Electronic Communications, Postal Services, and Radio Spectrum.
