Foster son detained on suspicion of committing criminal offense of sexual harassment against stepdaughter
Officers of the Nikšić Police Department detained M.H. on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of sexual harassment against his underage stepdaughter, who is 16 years old. The officers immediately responded to the report of the incident and took urgent measures and actions. The relevant public prosecutor in the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić was informed about the incident. After reviewing the case files, the prosecutor determined that the actions of M.H. contain essential elements of the criminal offense of sexual harassment and ordered his detention. Along with a criminal complaint, he will be handed over to the competent public prosecutor for further proceedings within the legal deadline.
