Newly Appointed Directors Enhance Planning, Organization, and Monitoring Skills Through Second Training Module
As part of the ongoing Training Program for managers of educational institutions, the second module "Planning, Programming, Organizing, and Monitoring the Work of Educational Institutions" was conducted for 31 directors. The module was delivered by Dijana Laković, director of JU OŠ "Radojica Perović," and Svetlana Drobnjak, director of the General Directorate for Preschool and Primary Education at the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation. Using an interactive approach, experience exchange, and practical work, the trainers created an encouraging environment where participants could connect their knowledge with real-world situations and challenges faced in daily management. The program will continue with additional training in teaching, educational work and learning, quality assurance, human resource management, and modern school partnerships within the community, safe school environments, and digital spaces. The Institute for Education provides ongoing support for the professional development of directors, strengthening their skills and competencies for responsible and quality management of educational institutions. The program's unique value lies in linking professional development with practical challenges, enabling the application of acquired knowledge in everyday work and contributing to the improvement of educational institutions' quality.
