Attention operators and authorized persons by operators
The National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP) reminds that, starting in 2022, through Law No. 175/2021, operators and authorized persons are required to designate a data protection officer, publish their contact details, and communicate them to CNPDCP. The training aims to develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills regarding data protection laws and compliance. The training will take place on July 7th in person at CNPDCP.
