CNPDCP and CNAS strengthen their collaboration by signing the Data Protection Training Plan

The main goal of the Training Plan is to develop the professional skills of CNAS employees in the field of personal data protection, by deepening knowledge about data processing principles, data subjects' rights, and legal obligations of data operators. Additionally, the trainings aim to strengthen the institutional capacity to correctly and uniformly apply legislation in daily activities, contributing to a high level of legal compliance. The Training Plan was developed and approved jointly and provides for training sessions within CNAS's structural subdivisions, in a format tailored to the institution's needs, emphasizing practical aspects of data protection legislation. CNPDCP places great importance on strengthening inter-institutional collaboration, considering that developing an organizational culture based on respecting data protection rights is essential for increasing compliance and ensuring responsible data processing in the public sector. Signing this Training Plan is part of activities organized to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the National Center for Personal Data Protection, reaffirming the institution's commitment to promote education in data protection, strengthen cooperation with public authorities, and contribute to the development of an institutional framework based on responsibility, transparency, and respect for individuals' fundamental rights.
