PUBLIC CALL FOR NOMINATIONS OF AN NGO REPRESENTATIVE TO SERVE AS A MEMBER OF THE WORKING GROUP
Pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on the Selection of Representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations to the Working Bodies of State Administration Authorities and the Conduct of Public Consultations in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette Nos. 41/2018 and 86/2026), the Ministry of Health issues a call for nominations of a representative of a non-governmental organization to serve as a member of the working group for drafting Guidelines for Planning and Implementing Harm Reduction Interventions Related to Drug Use in Montenegro. The Ministry of Health is establishing a working body (hereinafter: the Working Group) tasked with drafting these guidelines. In accordance with this obligation and the aforementioned regulation, the Ministry publishes this call for the selection of an NGO representative to the Working Group.
