Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Business Companies
Based on Article 15 of the Regulation on the Election of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives to the Bodies of the Public Administration and the Conduct of Public Debate in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of CG, No. 41/18), the Ministry of Economic Development is opening a public debate for citizens, the professional public, and all other interested parties to participate and contribute to the discussion of the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Business Companies. The public debate program is provided on Form 3 as prescribed by the Regulation on the Election of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives to the Bodies of the Public Administration and the Conduct of Public Debate in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies, which can be downloaded below. Comments, proposals, and suggestions on the Draft Law should be submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development in written form at Rimski trg 46, Podgorica, or electronically via email to milena.martinovic@mek.gov.me, using Form 4: “Comments, Proposals, and Suggestions,” which is an integral part of the Regulation. The public debate will last 20 days from the date of the public call publication. The Ministry of Economic Development will consider all received comments, proposals, and suggestions and will prepare a Report on the conducted public debate.
