Nikšić police detained three persons on suspicion of committing two criminal acts of endangering safety against a councilor in the Nikšić Municipality Assembly and his brother
Officials of the Nikšić Department of Security today, acting on an order from the state prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, detained three persons – I.B, Ž.D. Police officers, today, detained I.B. on suspicion that he committed a criminal act of endangering safety against Ž.P. this morning. I.B. will be brought before the public prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić along with a criminal report, on suspicion of committing the aforementioned criminal act against Ž.P. Additional measures and actions have been taken, including collecting video recordings from surveillance cameras near the scene. The public prosecutor in Nikšić has been informed about the incident, provided legal opinions today, and ordered the detention of these two persons. N.G., who was warned about the obligation to respect the law and refrain from behavior that could endanger others, was also involved upon the request of the complainant.
