Open Day Dedicated to the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
The Ministry of Economic Development – Directorate for Market Inspection is organizing an "Open Day" dedicated to the protection of intellectual property rights, which will be held on the 25th. The event aims to bring the issues of importance for the protection of intellectual property closer to the general public, as well as to provide useful information about rights, obligations, and procedures in this area. During the "Open Day," visitors will have the opportunity to speak with market inspectors handling cases related to counterfeit goods, and to learn about the supervision of the enforcement of the Trademark Law and other regulations related to the protection of intellectual property rights. Through direct communication with inspectors, interested parties will be able to get answers to their questions, as well as advice and guidance regarding rights protection, regulation application, and current challenges in this field. We invite citizens, business entities, representatives of institutions, organizations, and all interested parties to visit the "Open Day" and take the opportunity for direct dialogue with market inspectors.
