Through the first Law on Social Economy, conditions are being created for socially responsible business to be recognized, supported, and sustainable, with a special focus on employment of vulnerable groups, development of local communities, and social innovations," Ivanović said. The fair brought together representatives of government institutions, local governments, civil society organizations, social enterprises, and international partners, who exchanged experiences and presented initiatives contributing to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in local communities. The Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Dialogue will continue to actively support the development of social economy through strategic and legislative solutions, as well as cooperation with local and international partners, aiming to create a more inclusive and sustainable society.
