Notice Regarding Payment for Temporary Work Incapacity Check
Notice – Information regarding the payment for the check of temporary work incapacity. We inform all employers interested in verifying the temporary work incapacity of employees that, in accordance with Article 37, Paragraph 10 of the Law on Mandatory Health Insurance (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 145/21, 48/24), they are obliged to, when submitting a request for the check of temporary work incapacity of the insured: Payment is made to the giro account number 832-11566-31 of the Budget of Montenegro, with the note 'Compensation for checking temporary work incapacity'. When submitting the request, the employer is required to provide proof of payment.
