European AI Innovation Month kicks off today!
Today, Executive Vice-President Henna Virkkunen kicked off AI Innovation Month at the International AI Summit in Dublin.
From 14 October to 17 November 2026, this initiative promotes a series of online and in-person events showcasing AI innovation and adoption across the EU. Launched by the European Commission and the Irish Presidency of the Council of the EU 2026, the European AI Innovation Month brings together policymakers, industry, the public sector and researchers to discuss how AI is being developed and applied across EU industry sectors.
It will end with the Apply AI Summit on 17 November taking place in Brussels and online.
