List of NGOs that do not meet the conditions – digital competencies

In accordance with Article 32b of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (Official Gazette CG, No. 39/11 and 37/17), Article 54 of the Regulation on the Organization and Method of Work of the State Administration (Official Gazette CG, No. 98/23, 102/23, 113/23, 071/24, 072/24, 090/24, 093/24, 104/24, 117/24, 039/25, and 097/25), and Articles 3 and 9 of the Regulation on the Selection of NGO Representatives in the Bodies of State Administration and Public Consultation in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette CG, No. 41/18), as well as the Decision on the Determination of Priority Areas of Public Interest and the Level of Funds for Financing Projects and Programs of NGOs in 2026 (Official Gazette CG, No. 146/25), the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation announces the submission of candidates for members of the Commission for the Allocation of Funds for Financing Projects and Programs of NGOs in 2026 in the field of institutional and non-institutional education - Development and Improvement of Digital Competencies.
