Another Criminal Complaint Filed Due to Suspected Forgery of Educational Document
The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation has filed another criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica due to a well-founded suspicion that B.V. submitted a false and untruthful educational document, which during the recognition process of a foreign educational document was found by the competent institutions to be untrustworthy. Based on this, it is suspected that the person committed the criminal offense of document falsification under Article 412 of the Criminal Code. We expect the competent authorities to act within their powers and authorities to resolve this significant institutional problem.
