Adopted Regulation on Requirements for Traceability of Seeds and Seedlings Intended for Seedling Production
The Government of Montenegro has adopted a Regulation on requirements for traceability of seeds and seedlings intended for seedling production, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, number 108/2026 on the 24th. The regulation establishes rules on the traceability of seed and seedling series intended for seedling production to ensure their traceability throughout the food chain. The regulation continues the alignment of national legislation with the legal acquis of the European Union in the field of food safety.
