In 2026, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund announced the need for the position of Assistant Director, Sector for the Implementation of Pension and Disability Insurance. The competency, knowledge, and ability verification for candidates meeting the public competition requirements for the position of senior official in the government administration is conducted in accordance with the competition conditions and the Regulation on criteria and detailed procedures for verifying knowledge, abilities, competencies, and skills for work in state bodies. Each correct answer on the test is awarded one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency. Candidates who score at least eight points in each competency on the general test must submit a written work to the Commission, which includes: prioritization and proposals for improving work processes or the state of the area for which the candidate is appointed. The written work is evaluated based on specific competencies such as ability to analyze the situation, set priorities, innovativeness, initiative, clarity, and structure. During the structured interview, general competencies such as oral communication, learning and development orientation, collaboration, and managerial competencies like work organization and strategic management are assessed. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the public competition conditions can participate in the verification process. Candidates must present a valid ID or other personal document with a photograph to the Commission before the verification begins.
