The regulation on monitoring temperature in transport means, warehouses, and storage spaces for rapidly frozen food intended for human consumption has been published in the 'Official Gazette of Montenegro', number 122/2026 from 17. The regulation stipulates specific requirements for temperature monitoring during transport, storage, and preservation of rapidly frozen food, including requirements for measuring and recording devices. This regulation transposes the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 37/2005 into Montenegrin legislation, continuing the alignment with the European Union's legal framework in the field of food safety.
