Podgorica: 23-year-old arrested for drug abuse and threats to a fellow citizen
Officers of the Podgorica Department of Security, upon the order of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, detained a person from Podgorica suspected of drug abuse and threatening a fellow citizen. The police acted on a report from a male victim from Podgorica, who stated that M. (23) sent him multiple threatening SMS messages and purchased cocaine from him several times. Police officers searched M.'s house and found marijuana and several PVC packages believed to be intended for packaging and distributing illegal drugs. The suspect was detained on the order of the prosecutor for suspicion of committing crimes of endangering safety and unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotics.
