List of NGO representatives who meet the conditions - Support Services Regulation for Community Living
Based on Article 8, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on the election of NGO representatives to the working bodies of state administration authorities and public consultation in the preparation of laws and strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, number 41/18 and 86/26), and in accordance with the Public Call for proposing one NGO representative for a member of the working group for drafting the Draft Regulation on amendments and supplements to the Regulation on specific conditions for providing and using, standards, and minimal standards of support services for community living, the Ministry of Social Welfare, Family, and Demography presents the LIST OF NGO REPRESENTATIVES PROPOSED FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE WORKING GROUP FOR DRAFTING THE REGULATION ON AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE REGULATION ON SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING AND USING, STANDARDS, AND MINIMAL STANDARDS OF SUPPORT SERVICES FOR COMMUNITY LIVING. NGOs that meet the conditions from the Ministry of Social Welfare's Public Call, number 09-128/26-3854/1 from July 16, 2026, have proposed the following representatives for membership in the working group for drafting the regulation on amendments and supplements to the regulation on specific conditions for providing and using, standards, and minimal standards of support services for community living.
