In the year, a total of 64 traffic accidents were recorded on Montenegrin roads, with no fatalities. Five people sustained serious injuries, while 18 people sustained minor injuries. Traffic police officers filed 228 misdemeanor reports due to violations of the Road Traffic Safety Law, issued 1,380 misdemeanor tickets, temporarily confiscated 18 pairs of license plates, and removed as many vehicles from traffic. In the same year, a total of 160 traffic accidents were recorded on Montenegrin roads. In these accidents, 14 people sustained serious injuries, and 43 participants in traffic sustained minor injuries. During this period, traffic police officers undertook intensified preventive and repressive activities, during which they filed 481 misdemeanor reports, issued 3,973 misdemeanor tickets, detained 170 persons for traffic violations, and temporarily confiscated 50 pairs of license plates.
