Statement on the Decisions Adopted by the Government of Montenegro at the Telephone Session Held on 16 October 2026
On 16 October 2026, in accordance with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Government, without holding a session and based on the consent obtained from the majority of Government members, the Government decided on: 1. the Draft Environmental Noise Protection Action Plan for the M-3 main road, Cerovo–Danilovgrad section; 3. the Draft Environmental Noise Protection Action Plan for the M-3 main road, Danilovgrad–Podgorica section; 4. the Draft Environmental Noise Protection Action Plan for the M-1 main road, Krtolska Interchange–Budva section; 6. the Draft Environmental Noise Protection Action Plan for the M-11 main road, Lepetane–Krtolska Interchange section; 8. the Information on the Detailed Plan for Strengthening Administrative Capacities for Chapter 27 – Environment and Climate Change; and 10.
