Statement on the decisions of the Government of Montenegro made at the telephone session held on June 29, 2026
On the date, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of Government members, the following were decided: 1. Proposal of the law for implementing regulation (EU) 2022/1925 on digital markets; 3. Proposal of the law on amendments and supplements to the Law on supervision and control of the production and trade of certain substances that can be used in the production of narcotics and psychotropic substances; 5. Parcel number 1117/2 KO Radovići from the real estate list number 732 Municipality of Tivat; 7. Proposal of the platform for the working visit of the Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign and European Affairs Dr. Filip Ivanović to Brussels on the occasion of marking 20 years since the renewal of Montenegro's independence (Brussels, 1. Proposal to terminate the mandate of the General Director of the Directorate for Internal Market and Competition in the Ministry of Economic Development; 8.2. Proposal to appoint an acting General Director of the Directorate for Internal Market and Competition in the Ministry of Economic Development; 8.3.
