Statement on the Decision of the Government of Montenegro Adopted at the Telephone Session Held on 15 October 2026
On 15 October 2026, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation and without holding a session, the Government of Montenegro, based on the consent obtained from the majority of its members, adopted the Draft Amendment to the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners. The material considered at the telephone session was the Draft Amendment to the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners.
