Data of candidate verification for public competition number 02-100/26-2513/3 for the needs of the General Secretariat of the Government of Montenegro
In 2026, the General Secretariat of the Government of Montenegro announced a competition for the position of assistant to the Secretary General of the Government, head of the Sector for Strategic Planning and Policy Coordination. The competence, knowledge, and skills of candidates meeting the competition requirements are to be verified on September 10, 2026. The verification process assesses candidates' competencies, knowledge, and abilities according to the competition conditions and the Regulation on criteria and procedures for testing knowledge, skills, and competencies for work in state bodies. Each correct answer on the test is awarded one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency. Candidates who score at least eight points in each competency must submit a written assignment to the Commission, which includes prioritization and proposals for improving work processes in the relevant area. The structured interview evaluates general competencies: oral communication, learning and development orientation, collaboration, and leadership competencies: work organization, human resource management, and strategic management. Only candidates from the candidate list who meet the competition conditions can participate in the verification process. Candidates must present their ID card or other photo ID to the Commission before testing.
