Reform agenda of Montenegro 2024-2027 for the EU Instrument for Reform and Growth - Step 1.2.2.2

Information on the implementation of Step 1.2.2.2 "Number of companies benefiting from innovation/technological center services as a result of their launched and publicly available service list for companies increased by 50%" includes a narrative overview of the implementation of innovation infrastructure services – the Innovation-Entrepreneurship Center "Tehnopolis" Nikšić and the Montenegro Science and Technology Park during the period from the first year, as evidence of the implementation of Reform Step 1.2.2.2 under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, the Innovation-Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis, and the Montenegro Science and Technology Park. Reform step 1.2.2.2 contributes to improving Montenegro's innovation ecosystem by increasing the use of services provided by innovation infrastructures, aimed at strengthening the capacities of innovation infrastructures to deliver quality services to startups, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, and other innovative business entities, thereby directly contributing to increased competitiveness of the economy, development of entrepreneurship, and stimulation of innovation. In the year, innovation infrastructures IPC Tehnopolis and the Montenegro Science and Technology Park supported a total of 226 new unique companies, building on the initial value of 196 companies served by the end of 2023. IPC Tehnopolis supported 119 unique companies during 2024-2026, and NTP CG supported 107 unique companies during 2024-2026. The cumulative number of unique companies benefiting from innovation infrastructure services as a result of their launched and publicly available service list at the end of the reporting period is 422.
