Minister Dukaj congratulates Žabljak Municipality Day

September is the Municipality Day of Žabljak, dedicated to the Municipality President Radoš Žugić, the Assembly President Ivan Popović, councilors, employees in local administration, and all citizens of Žabljak. "Žabljak is a place that, with its natural beauty, authenticity, and a special connection between people and space, occupies a unique position on Montenegro's tourism and development map. Durmitor and everything that makes this region recognizable represent great wealth but also responsibility to plan its development carefully and long-term. Therefore, it is important to turn Žabljak's natural potentials into sustainable development opportunities while preserving the environment and traditional values of this area. Quality infrastructure, accessible and efficient public services, support for the local population, and creating conditions for new investments are key to the future of this municipality. I believe that the local self-government, in cooperation with state institutions, will continue working on projects that will bring new development impulses to Žabljak and contribute to making this region an even more attractive place to live, work, invest, and stay."
