Public Notice for Submission of Bids for Concession Contract Award
The Ministry of Energy and Mining, in accordance with Article 21 of the Concessions Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro, Nos. 8/09, 73/19, 125/23, 82/24, and 82/25), announces on July 1, 2026, in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, daily newspaper Dan, and on the Ministry's website a Public Notice for submitting bids for the concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw materials of architectural and construction stone deposit "Skrbuša" in the municipality of Kolašin. The Ministry invites interested parties to apply for the announced public tender for the concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw materials of architectural and construction stone deposit "Skrbuša" in Kolašin. The subject of the concession includes detailed geological investigations and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw materials of the "Skrbuša" deposit.
