Real Estate Agency Intensively Works on Resolving Expropriation Cases for the Third Phase of Vojislavljevića Street
Since it is a project of great importance for improving the traffic infrastructure of the Capital City, the Real Estate Agency states that their goal is to complete the process with careful determination of all relevant facts for each individual case and with full respect for property owners' rights. "The Real Estate Agency, as during the implementation of the first two phases, has demonstrated efficiency and readiness to respond to all challenges, which provides a good basis for further activities on this and other projects of importance for the Capital and the country. The number of cases may seem small, but resolving individual cases depends on circumstances beyond the Agency's direct influence, such as registered temporary measures, unresolved property-legal relations, or ongoing court proceedings. In such cases, the Agency, in cooperation with other competent institutions, undertakes activities to remove obstacles and continue procedures as quickly as possible," said the Director of the Real Estate Agency, Mr. Marko Bulatović. The accepted estimated value of the property at 310 euros per square meter has been accepted in a significant number of cases by participants in the process, and the Agency will continue to prioritize cases related to the third phase of the project to ensure the conditions for the smooth execution of planned works as soon as possible.
