Public Consultation on Draft Concession Acts
In accordance with Article 18, paragraph 3 of the Concessions Law ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", Nos. 8/09, 73/19, 125/23, 82/24, 82/25 and 119/26), the Ministry of Energy and Mining is submitting for public consultation the draft Concession Acts concerning the following non-metallic mineral resource sites: 1. Technical and construction stone "Do Pješivački", Municipality of Danilovgrad; 3. Technical and construction stone "Lješnica-Bioča", Municipality of Bijelo Polje. The public consultation will last 15 days, from October 21, 2026, to November 5, 2026. The Concession Acts may be reviewed by downloading them below.
